By installing or using GhostSolve (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GhostSolve grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal, non-commercial purposes, solely to assist with quiz-related content.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you upgrade from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription, the upgrade takes effect immediately. Any remaining time from your monthly subscription will be credited and added to the end of your annual subscription period, ensuring you receive the full value of your previous payment.
We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase. Refunds must be requested within this 7-day window. Once this period has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
To cancel your subscription, you must do so through the GhostSolve extension dashboard. Cancellation requests submitted through other channels may not be processed in a timely manner.
You are responsible for complying with all rules, regulations, and policies of your educational institution. Use of the Service does not replace or override any academic integrity or honor code requirements.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall GhostSolve, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You assume full responsibility and risk for your use of GhostSolve. By using the Service, you acknowledge that GhostSolve cannot guarantee compliance with all institutional rules or prevent consequences related to academic misconduct.
GhostSolve does NOT condone cheating or academic dishonesty. The Service is provided as a tool for educational assistance, and users are solely responsible for how they choose to use it. GhostSolve is not liable for any consequences, disciplinary actions, or penalties that may result from a user's misuse of the Service, including but not limited to violations of academic integrity policies, honor codes, or institutional regulations.
Users are responsible for understanding and complying with their institution's policies regarding the use of assistance tools during assessments, quizzes, or examinations. Any use of GhostSolve that violates your institution's policies is done at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
